Individual Therapy, 55 minutes - $150

Intensives (3-hour block, evenings and weekends available, individual only) - $435

Coaching Session (includes Active Coaching), 55 minutes - $150

I currently accept Aetna (including the State Health Plan) insurance policies (Jan 2026).

You have the right to pay for your services out of pocket without seeking insurance reimbursement in order to avoid having a mental health diagnosis shared with your insurance company. Insurance coverage is never a guarantee as a company may choose to not cover services at any point of treatment for a variety of reasons for both in-network and out-of-network providers.
